CEO talks about preparing a press release...Not sure what they are trying to accomplish with such large dilution, unless this is the trump card to get prices down prior to press release...

I hope That Sterling can get some info from CEO on his intentions. Meanwhile, not sure if I want to accumulate any more shares until I hear something.
