OK Boscobut I will tame my typing to no caps if I slip remind me.
I guess EVII and SLPO don’t care to air their dirty laundry
But you know they are real busy now .
-There knocking heads trying to figure who to fire,
-Tax Lawyers figuring out how much debt tax liability they have to pay for debt forgiveness
-Who to fire and replace
- Salesmen working overtime looking for more markets to make sales
- Shoot we may even be able to pick up an electrical care real cheap! Fire sale prices.
All in all I don’t think EVII will shut their doors.
They may have to work with cash for a while or pay more for their debt
Maybe go private
BUT the will still need batteries for their cars.
Question is SLPO still working with EVII
I think definitely yes –
Superlattice agreed to invest a minimum of $1,500,000 in each of the next two years in development of the technology for the Licensed Products. In the initial year under the License Agreement, Superlattice invested approximately $264,043 in the development of technology, and therefore is not in compliance with its obligations under this covenant of the License Agreement. We have advised Superlattice in a letter dated October 1, 2009, that we will not give notice of default against Superlattice for its failure to comply with this covenant in the first year of the term of the License Agreement.

This looks like kiss and makeup to me
Do they find other contracts? Oh Yes, quickly I would imagine- lots of American saved Bankers needing good batteries for their golf carts.
Not just that but Supperlattice make a state of the art rechargable battery – Top Notch
SLPO will consolidate for a season. I hope the swings are wide
Long term up. Good products don’t disappear.
Mac0904 thanks
