Took a quick look at the weekly for BGP that you asked about and all indicators have been on steady decline for 4-6 months now.

Not an expert or advisor and do not want you to do anything based on ANY opinion I have. I do NOT know the story or the company but based solely on a quick look at a weekly chart it doesn't look like the pps has found a current bottom yet to me.

All just in my opinion.
