Yeah...if you went through the webinar, the speaker clearly states that any movement of the green line above the volatility band as long as it's below 68 is a good indication that the position will run a little further. Same applies vice versa as long as the lower volatility band hasn't crossed below the 32 line.

EDIT: And this was using a 1 hour setup.
