I disagree,filings are a necessary part of a level playing field for the public. Megas had ample warning to file and show Financials or the stock wouldn`t be cleared to trade. You say phantom shares were sold, the DTC seems to agree. They believe they are holding fraudulent certs as they have stated this much. If Megas had filed, he could have shown he had no involvement with these "fraudulent certs". That would have proved the company had nothing to do with this scam! Then you would be able to say the system is responsible. The way things are now you have no idea what has taken place here, and Megas appears to like it that way! IMO
