They rely upon each company to pay for the following services, CPA to certify the booked information, and an attorney to vouch for disclosure. This limits Pinksheets from any liability from us the investors, for not thoroughly investigating such disclosures. So your statement of

Is not only incorrect, but makes light of your consistency of assuming you have a grasp of the process, in which case you do not. Maybe come back another day when you are a little more prepared to present a valid argument with actual supporting information in order to draw a conclusion.
