While we have some confirmation that some loads of concentrate have shipped,we have no confirmation stated in absolute terms that one truck per day, five per week, have been actually shipping.

On top of that, we of course do not have any knowledge about how and when the payments are made directly to Copper King Mining for the concentrate shipped. I haven't seen that disclosed. Have you?

So, assumptions may be made that we are on shipping schedule and that the company is getting paid. That's lots of assumption.

Let's just pretend that one truck of CuCon has shipped five times per week as indicated as being the plan back at the beginning of regular shipments. What would you like to assume in regards to payment for CuCon received at the smelter?

Payment on delivery? I think not.

30 day pay? Maybe, but from an accounting perspective, a little tight.

60 day pay? Maybe, but maybe 90 day or 120 day......... Guess or assume on the arrangement and realize that we do not appear to have any confirmation on earnings to date. Wishful thinking with no confirmation. None!

Did I really miss some pertinent detail already disclosed here?
