Hey knock yourself out on the DD of something that happened awhile ago. While you are doing that I will go ahead and set the forms for some concrete that I am pouring at the house and then I will come in and read all the information on an event that happened already and is not affecting me in the least at the present time.

I have more things to do than worry what the O/S was last year. Whenever I buy some more EI shares I don't go back to 2008 to see what the share structure was a year ago. If I was nervous in the least about nibbling I would call the OPEN T/A and I would get the share structure for TODAY. But you know what I don't even do that because I am buying for the future and not trying to live totally in the past.

Important to you maybe, to me it don't make a hill of beans! Different strokes for different folks I guess, you get to have your opinion and I get to have mine.
