I believe the current PPS is a joke for 2 reasons-First and foremost,Kerr-Mcghee/Andarko ar both hooked like hell for the shabby underhanded way they tried to pass off these environmental cleanup costs-they should pray like hell this never gets in front of a jury-your average jurist has waited all their lives for this type of thing-to catch a "Big Company"screwing up the environment,then trying to weasel out of it... those guys will have the wood laid to their asses in the form of punative damages if the jury gets this. Second,the Huntsman bid is a joke-kinda like those guys on EBAY that see a Rolex on the block,and bid $100,hoping no one else will notice,and they get the deal of the century....Sorr,Huntsman,but TRONOX is on alot of radars,and may sell for alot more than anyone thought.Hold tight ,folks-I think next year will be huge here....
