At this point we haven't even discussed compensation, because I'm trusting him to treat me fairly with regard to my past performance as the business develops. My comment was more to the point of my 1,151,200 shares and the $11K+ I'll see with every penny the share price appreciates in value from its current zero once we are trading again, whenever that happy moment occurs. Of course, with an average cost basis of $.048 per share, I've admittedly got a long way to go until I see a real return on my original investment.
