So why then the press releases..certainly Gil must have done his due diligence...Many mentions of GSI with Silar as the funding source, in many stages and phases with hospital receivable contracts in the 100's of millions worth. But then he never intended to use them as their(Silar) cost was to high? Why then even enter the first stage when they never were to use Silar in the first place..why the fraudulent press releases?
