The article did say a minimum target of .18 and we closed at .034. If that happens it's 5.24 x your dollars. Nice return imo.
From the article.
Anyway a 38% fibonnaci retracement from the .445 highs to the recent lows would set a target price of .18. So it would seem that could be a minimum target. :)
