I don't post much and do own shares but not that many so I can take or leave the outcome either way.Not that anyone asked for it but I'll give you my opinion.Just something else to chew on and I'm certain there have been many posts of a similar nature.

It's my opinion that this entire "situation" is simply a confidence game ran by a swindler/Con/Grifter, you choose your own title for Megas. We are the "Marks" or the "victims".

Could be that Megas has "shills" or "accomplices" that drift in/out of this board.

"Confidence tricks exploit typical human qualities like greed, dishonesty, vanity, honesty, compassion, credulity or naïve expectation of good faith on the part of the con artist."

"Confidence tricksters often rely on the greed and dishonesty of the mark, who may attempt to out-cheat the con artist, only to discover that he or she has been manipulated into losing from the very beginning. This is such a general principle in confidence tricks that there is a saying among con men that "you can't cheat an honest man."

"The confidence trickster often works with one or more accomplices called shills, who help manipulate the mark into accepting the con man's plan. In a traditional confidence trick, the mark is led to believe that he will be able to win money or some other prize by doing some task. The accomplices may pretend to be strangers who have benefited from successfully performing the task."

In our case the fuel that led to the fire here was information getting out that there were too many shares and there would be a forced cover of those illegal shares in the open market ,driving the PPS of the stock to heights for many to make a ton of money.

The story is long and convoluted or sophisticated or perverted or twisted ,again you'll have to pick the word best describing it to you.Matter of fact it is the perfect CON because the conman who pretends to be the good guy in this situation keeps all of the "MARKS/victims" at arms length and stay one step ahead of law enforcement.

He has perfectly orchestrated everyone who still believes that he is the good guy.We fit the MARK profile as above >>>

"Confidence tricksters often rely on the greed and dishonesty of the mark, who may attempt to out-cheat the con artist, only to discover that he or she has been manipulated into losing from the very beginning."

We thought we were going to trick the system by buying the stock for the squeeze of a lifetime when the covering began, only to find that the stock was halted ,never to trade again.Megas might just be smart enough to have pulled this off.Why does it seem that he's always right out of reach,,,we're almost there ,,,then Megas goes on vacation ,etc.(I know there are many of you who will claim you thought you were buying into a great company..blah,blah ad nauseum.I DON'T BUY THAT for one second)

You KNOW what I'm talking about or you wouldn't be here reading this. Some are here for different reasons........I personally don't have enough skin in the game to make it worthwhile for me to chase down every rabbit into its hole..but keep checking back as a voyeur and curious to how this ends,,,,if ever it does.I expect nothing and the chump change I have in it is not worth concerning myself over ,,,yet I still hold those shares in my account after all these years.

It's sad but true that MEGAS has kept himself one step ahead of the herd/the marks/the victims here...he's always "just out of reach" and he's done a super job of staying ahead of the law.

Since there are many here who have a lot of "skin in the game",instead of throwing more money at attorneys,,etc.Maybe it should be thrown at a private detective to get to the bottom of the whole thing and possibly justice be served on the guilty.THAT may not be possible as I stated Megas is good at what he does.

Anyway,I'm sure my post won't amount to a Hill O Beans but I just wanted to state that the merry go round everyone seems to be on looks more and more like flim flam to me.I'm certain until this is busted wide open by independent sources and Megas has the cuffs slapped on him,it will continue.

If it turns out to be wrong,I'll apologize for my opinion, but somehow I just don't think you will ever see that apology.REMEMBER Megas has not only his presonal freedom to gain by stringing people along but also financial freedom.

This link is simply where I got some of the information about con men quoted above.
