If GRC are deliberately 'going slow' with this process because, eg, the fear of a big post conversion 'sell off', it probably would be supported by most US stockholders


Well..I have large holdings in MSRM and I would be happy to hold on to my shares until they had made a really good profit, speaking as an overseas investor. HOWEVER....if the board are afraid of a mass sell off of shares after the conversion then I think the board should come up with a scheme/incentive to all the conversion investors, a scheme that will make us all want to stay with them for at least two years after the conversion....how about a 6 to 1 offer of shares given as a warrant free of cost if you hold your shares for say two years after the conversion!!! That will keep the share price up and it seems quite fair to me.
