there is a lot of bid whacking going on... some trying to get shares at a lower price, note that it is moving higher now as time goes on.

MM's are reluctant to move it into .023... once over that hump it might move a lot faster and higher... then they will have to rethink their position.

shorts sell high and buy back at a lower price to cover... unless they fail to cover lower, they may have to pay a higher price to cover... which causes the pricing to move up as the slack is taken up. so shorts may be covering as we speak now...
