Well my understanding as with anything technological is you can never have enough speed or memory. Form factor is another major consideration with all the new and coming pocket sized gadgets here or on the way. Last but not least is who wants to try and locate one of these hubs everytime they want to use a wireless laptop connection? The concept behind CDMA and wireless laptop connectivity is suppose to be the same as using a cell phone, anytime.. anywhere.. (by a lake, at the beach, wherever). I would think that WiMax will be more of a threat to fiber than to CDMA, but as it expands it may take some marketshare. The bottomline is that there will be many different technologies that will coexist and many will get their share of the pie with some getting more than others. Nobody has a lock on anything although I am somewhat pretentious when it comes to QCOM. Sorry if I offended you, just trying to be informative...
