Zevotek, Inc., (Pink Sheets:ZVTK) (Frankfurt:T5V1.F), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, today announced that it plans to seek listing of its common shares on the OTCBB. The Company's shares have traded as a Pink Sheets stock since December 2008 after previously trading on the OTCBB since the Company went public in 2006.
