What you have to understand RDG is that chart readers for the most part rely stricly on the charts. They interpret what the charts say and do this will little or no DD. Chart reading in the end is a coin toss. 50% right 50% wrong. But how a strict chart reader does well is this. When a stock does not look like it is going to perforem as they predict they get out fast and miniumize their loses. But the ones that do run they can either work it conservately or on some see how high they ran and sell even higher. With the amount of time Obamanicz has all of a sudden spent so much tine on this which is out of character from his past history. Is because he see's everything on that chart saying that this will go down so far and will bounce up so far. cprk is a stock that will make his whole year and make up for any losses he may have incurred all year.
