The vast majority are just caught in their internet scam. They have 30 some-odd company names selling this junk and then hiding the terms and conditions so you won't see and then they start charging your credit card $69/month for nothing but junk which is basically available for free in many places. Who in the world expects to buy some e-book for $2 and then be charged a $69/mo fee? Officers are nothing but scammers. This outfit is so far from legitimate hosting service it is just laughable.
Ask them for a breakdown of where their revenues are coming from lately? Ask them how much is coming from their 30 companies scamming poor little old ladies and then refusing refunds. Only a scammer would operate this way. Rumors all over the web a class action lawsuit is being prepared. Shorts will have their day very soon...
