why the hell would they fund this project with shares when they could fund it with a part of the supposed 350 million dollar loan they are receiving in less than 20 days? all while supposedly buying back shares with a separate bridge loan?


....i want to believe...i want to believe.... but WTF that does not make any sense.

it just doesn't.
