Obie, let me make this simple for you! YOu are claiming that we are six months behind in our share structure and it is in fact much higher than the TA is currently telling us. For your postulation of IMO to be true, that would mean the Sec of State would have to have the filing to increase the A/S. There is no six month wait there, it must be immediate. So, why don't you show us this filing?
