Every CEO or financial person in a company should be able to have the ability to look at current sales, predicted sales, operating costs etc... and look even 6 months down the road and have a pretty good idea of what it will bring in and what it will spend. It's called a budget. If they can't....well...they need someone with better vision.

This type of thing only tells me they are functioning on a month to month basis IMO. That is only my opinion. I have been wrong before and will be wrong many times in the future but I will say for the final time... to sell shares again...at this level is not good for anyone.

I will continue to pray there is a damn good reason and it will be revealed before he sells more shares.
