Not the holiday as much as it is there is no new money.
These things only grow when new money comes in. For BEHL it was the Euros that really stepped it up a notch.
For IDGI, they just have no way of getting the word out about the STOCK itself. The COMPANY is great with PR, but they never include the ticker at all to let people know that they CAN invest.
You can't move a stock just be buying and selling from the same group of people all the time.
