You are completly wrong about what is going on here now. The company did the reverse split and now there are only 6,811,424 outstanding shares according to Pinksheets.com. Also Jim Dial no longer has anything to do with the company and the business is completely different and is generating cash flow. New managment, new company, new oppertunity
