from the first of a group of shares, totalling 2.6 BILLION in all, that vest at different points for the group that controls Flo-Co.
Considering who has posted having bought, at least 300 million of the shares traded are unaccounted for. That would mean over a half billion shares remain un-sold by that group. I figure that they will be selling into everyone's buys until the shares are all gone, then you'll see a lull, then a slow dismantling of everyone's positions, with a wide spread to make sure no "commoner" gets to profit. A reverse before people have a chance to get out wouldn't shock either.
That is, unless the SEC steps in and halts it.
