OTCBB can only be obtain by going to a shell company on OTCBB, with both going in it together!


Best CANDIDATE for HESG I think so far is CBIS as it is on OTCBB and merger would be good!

DOWNSIDE it has about 25 million shares THEREFORE a MAJOR share trade against us!! as we have approx say 3.5 BILLION shares!!

and is trading around 0.40!!

Therefore again BEST with MJNA and merger less costly for both companies as they would pool money together!! and our stock price would RISE!!

Which OTCBB company anyones guess right now!!
