Best for BOTH COMPANIES to do is MERGE into a SHELL OTCBB

That way do not need 211 for MJNA and HSGH does not have enough up to date filings, as well to go up!!

If not, 2nd BEST scenario is MJNA merge into HSGH. As then HSGH can sponsor MJNA to get off grays as there MM'S
