Happy New Year and thank you for your continued support of Atlantis Internet Group Corporation (ATIG). The Year 2008 looks to be the best year for ATIG based on our efforts to position our company in both the Internet and traditional gaming markets. With our ownership participation in the redevelopment of the Moulin Rouge Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and our efforts to seek approval of one of the first legal Intranet Gaming operations within the United States, the timing could not be better.
Our business objective has always been to create an innovative public gaming and entertainment corporation. Our focus is based on the development of musical themes in our online gaming products, slot products and casinos. Our corporation offers a variety of gaming products from online casino games, casino management software, central server systems & slot machine software both to a United States and International gaming market.
Our corporation’s management utilizes the experience of seasoned gaming executives and our development team consists of innovative programmers, system designers and IP personnel. This unity of the industry top minds works together in the development of our online casino products and in our participation of the redevelopment of our Las Vegas land based casino partnership. ATIG’s teamwork has bridged the gap between online and traditional casinos and will allow its investors to take advantage of both the $14 Billion Dollars traditional casino industry and the $16 Billion Dollars Internet Gaming Industry.
ATIG has sacrificed its revenues in past years to be in a position to take advantage of the US Internet Gaming market that is represented by 60% of an estimated $16 Billion Dollars Internet Gaming Industry. Off-shore Internet casinos can no longer take advantage of that revenue according to the new Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act. Our advantage is that legal Internet Gaming within the United States will now be limited to land based casinos within the United States or software providers who have never taken US bets. Our competitive edge is that ATIG is one of the only Internet Gaming software providers whose software has been used by a licensed Nevada Casino.
Recap of the ATIG Business Model
ATIG has capitalized on a unique niche in Gaming and Entertainment. The two most profitable markets in traditional land based and worldwide online entertainment markets. ATIG develops a musical theme in all their gaming products and facilities. The corporation’s business model was to select areas of opportunities in different areas of gaming. ATIG has established what many of its competitors have not capitalized on and has tailored its products and development projects to utilize that advantage as our competitive edge.
In Las Vegas, ATIG along with its partners (The Moulin Rouge Development Corporation) will utilize a musical theme for the redevelopment of the historic Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino. The Moulin Rouge was known for its musical history and will be the first musical themed casino in Las Vegas since the successful Hard Rock Casino & Hotel. In Indian Gaming, the company will take advantage of recent online gaming laws that will give Indian Gaming the opportunity to offer the first legalized Internet Gaming within the United States. The same law will give Indian Gaming the opportunity to link Indian Casinos across the United States. This creates the opportunity for large Progressive Jackpots, one of which we will call “Thunderball” our version of the Powerball used by State lotteries. ATIG & Hitsville LLC
ATIG & Real Estate Mogul, Herb Strather convinced key Motown Entertainers to recruit other Motown greats to join the venture as well as becoming stockholders in ATIG. Hitsville Ventures, LLC has signed with ATIG to serve as lead consultant in the development of Hitsville’s online and slot development products. Today, that project will feature the largest group of Detroit and Motown entertainers since Berry Gordy’s Motown Heyday. Hitsville Ventures, LLC was launched as a private company but is currently in discussions about a potential merger with ATIG that will allow the Hitsville company to take advantage of ATIG’s public vehicle and products.
Jukebox Slots
To launch its first musical slot product ATIG utilized the musical greats from Motown to introduce its patent pending Jukebox Slots. Unlike traditional slots, Jukebox Slots machines offer a complete variety of electronic games, slots, blackjack, carps, keno, roulette and all your favorite slot and table games. Jukebox Slots also allows you to listen to music while you play your favorite casino games. We call it a CASINO in a CASINO, a revolutionary slot product and complete entertainment unit. ATIG and Hitsville Ventures, LLC and partners will feature Jukebox Slots on Hitsville Casino.com and the company plans a floor version of the product, Hitsville Slots. Players select slots based on their entertainment value and casinos buy slot machines based on games popularity, this should give Jukebox Slots a competitive edge. The initial Jukebox Slots product will feature Motown greats and their popularity is known worldwide!
Intranet Gaming & Indian Gaming
ATIG has always established a link to Indian Gaming since its first project at the Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. ATIG later formed a joint venture with Redd Corporation, a Navajo Company. The Joint Venture formed a company named; Redd Diamond Gaming. This Joint Venture was formed to pursue gaming with the Navajo Nation (the largest Indian Tribe in the United States). The goal is for the Navajo’s to play a part in the implementation in the first legal Intranet Gaming operation in the United States. The company was granted the rights by the tribe to pursue ways to implement online gaming on the Navajo Nation lands.
Since that time, Congress Passed into Federal Law -The Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act. That Law was signed by President Bush in October 2006 that allows Indian Nations to establish a law to allow Indian Reservations to link to other Indian Reservations to operate Intranet Gaming on Indian Lands over the Internet. The company has met with the Navajo President, Economic Development Committee and Regulatory Dept and the newly elected CEO of the Gaming Enterprise all have been supportive. ATIG is currently working on a potential deal to operate Class III & Class II Gaming on the Navajo Nation.
Casino Gateway Network
On July 10, 2007, ATIG submitted a proposal to the National Indian Gaming Commission to approve the use of a patent pending Casino Gateway System that allows our technology to link Indian Casinos located on Indian reservations across the United States to offer Online Games and Progressive Jackpots like the popular Powerball, developed to link States Lotteries.
ATIG is now seeking to negotiate with the Navajo Nation, and other Indian Nations to serve as the first Indian Casinos to participate in the operation of this patent pending Casino Gateway Network. As described above the Casino Gateway Network is a gaming Network that links Indian Casinos on reservations to each other throughout the United States. This system will allow players on Indian lands to participate in the first legal Intranet Gaming within the United States. The Network also allows players to compete for Progressive Jackpots. After several positive meetings with the NIGC, ATIG is moving forward with its plans to seek out Tribes to participate in the new Casino Gateway Network.
The Network will feature our suite of electronic table games, slots, a new Blackjack Tournament game, all Class III games, as well as several new proprietary Class II games such as Bango Football. This game is a combination of electronic football and a bingo game. This game will be classified as a Class II Bingo game but is played like an electronic football game where two players serve as quarterbacks in a simulated football game. Each quarterback represents a team and plays each other by selecting plays to score touchdowns on an on-screen simulated football field. A sample of the game will soon be featured on the ATIG website under PLAY GAMES.
The game is classified as bingo because each time the ball lands on a yard line on the football field that number is marked off on a bingo card held by a room full of bingo players. Players then mark off yard-line numbers selected until a shape is blacked out like traditional bingo. Players can play bingo along with the game and make bets on the score per quarter like a real football game, except it’s electronic so it’s not considered as real sportsbook. This could create the first nationwide electronic simulated Sportsbook in the US.
The Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada
ATIG set out to establish a presence in the land based casino market in Las Vegas. Successfully, we found a casino acquisition opportunity and partnered with the perfect casino to lend itself to the musical products and themes selected by ATIG. That casino opportunity was the historic Moulin Rouge Hotel & Casino site in Las Vegas. The Moulin Rouge is a historic hotel and casino in Las Vegas that was known as the Entertainers’ Hot Spot in Vegas History. This hotel also made history by being the first Interracial Hotel & Casino in the United States. The Moulin Rouge recently formed an alliance with a prominent East Coast development firm Republic Urban Developers. The partnership has now begun demolition of the existing structures on the 15.5 acres to begin development of phase one of a $300 Million Dollar Hotel and Resort development scheduled for completion in mid 2010.
Our investment in land and a non-restricted gaming license within the lucrative Las Vegas casino market allows the company to establish equity value in our company in lue of generating Internet Gaming revenues offshore. The Moulin Rouge Hotel and Casino plans were unanimously approved by Las Vegas City Planning in a historic meeting on February 28, 2008. Construction is expected to begin early 2009.
SEC Registration Status
The team of Haynie & Company, August Law Group, PC and Weinberg & Company, P.A., is currently completing our audit and registration to move ATIG up to the OTCBB Exchange and become a fully reporting public company. As a Development Stage company ATIG was required to have their financials reviewed for five years. This process has take longer than we initially considered, but is nearing completion this quarter. However, the company’s efforts are to acquire as much equity as possible before our registration, creating the maximum stockholder value. That registration will include the merger of our original private company Atlantis Gaming Corporation (AGC) into our public company Atlantis Internet Group Corporation (ATIG). The innovative gaming software developed by AGC was used to establish the gaming software for the ATIG product lines.
ATIG has hired the Wakabayashi Fund LLC, a Japanese Limited Liability Company with offices in Tokyo, Japan and Wall Street in New York, New York to handle our companies Investor Relations, Public Relations, and to serve as the company’s Institutional Banking Liaison. The firm will also assist in the coordination of our efforts to promote our corporation and highlight our public exposure to both Wall Street and International stock markets. The Asian gaming market is one of the fastest growing markets in the world and our utilization of a firm that knows both the US and Asian markets will position ATIG to further take advantage of future gaming markets.
