Come on NHred, Aero bought the use of the NASCAR logo. You don't need to see the contract to know this. It's bleeding obvious to anyone who knows the least bit about sports licensing.

Do you want to sell t-shirts with your favorite football team on them? Pay some money to the NFL and you can. What will the NFL do for you? They will allow you to sell your T-shirts free from the threat of a lawsuit.
