that is why this is so interesting
and nhred and millman both point out
something *intriguing* .. aero and
nascar had a 3 yr partnership .. we
know what aero was obligated to pay
nascar for each of those 3 years ..

what we don't know is what nascar was
supposed to do in return for the 1M$
per year .. that has always intrigued
me and why i'm wondering .. about all
of the *interest* now and it's timing

as you may remember .. the original date
was scheduled in october .. just after
the annual was due to be filed .. suspect
they (mccoy) made the decision not to do
anything (or spend one dime on them) until
the outcome is known

i do know when i talked with turffs .. he
told me everything legally was being
done via aero's utah attorneys ..

of course that too was months ago

but the timing of all this .. is truly interesting
