So, 3.5 billion shares of XI will be reduced to 1 billion shares of XI. Sharesholders will receive 10% or 100 million shares of those 1 billion shares which will become the O/S. The remaining 900 million shares becomes the A/S of XI. I think!!!! lol Sounds right?
