Thanks for the killer DD as always. Haven't been able to read much in the past few days with work being so damn busy!..So I will need some time to do this...
But just an off the cuff thought about Perlowin being an ex con...maybe that is one of the reasons for the merger...so Gaffney can be the figurehead of the company and sign off on such things as financials, while the "criminal" gets the dirty part of the business taken care of. That kind of duo can be a recipe for success in the right situation.
And Perlowin certainly is experienced in the field...LOL! Ironically, I used to muse that my own dabbliings in Mary J. would one day be legitimized by some form of legalization...which has now become a reality.

Anyway, sounds like you are all red flagged out at this point....but I appreciate the effort, and I will keep you posted of my own findings. Oh by the way, HESG also is involved with selling some proprietary health foods such as a sugar supplement that has the same consistency as sugar without the negative properties. there are some other products they are invovled in as well....
