That's true...but I've seen cases where the wall of 2's is actually for the most part artificial and goes down very fast as long as the volume is maintained. But yeah, the best thing to do would be to try and get those 1's to put yourself in a no-lose situation. At the very least, it does help push the price up if there's also strong support on the bid side.
