As I have posted about in the past, this company nothing more to post about than their profitability and what great things they have. imo
Has anyone seen any of these from them? Has any one seen any of their recent prs over the past year backed up with any sort of significant data?
Can anyone explain why these 2 deserve over 600 million shares combined?
In fact think about this, if they cared any bit about share holders why would the price of the stock drop so drastically when they were purchasing it? Do they care about shareholders or themselves?
Right now they hold about 50% of the company. If they wanted 50% of the company, then why would they not buy shares in the float and gather 30+ million when the o/s was around 60 million? Would that not raise share value benefiting share holders?
Give Dave Young a call next week and ask him if winmax cares about share holders. Find out why it was more beneficial for them to dump shares into the market rather than purchasing shares that were already there. Oh by the way, how many shares have traded? Was it more than 1.3 billion? Counting shares being flipped and everything else I can't believe it was much more than that, so how did they get all those shares?
Maybe someone could ask Young if any of those shares were a bonus, or at what price did he and Gerry buy them at? Were they purchase at the high or at the low of the dump?
Just my thoughts and opinions.
