Also, since we are closing in on some sort of disposition of the company, anybody who wants to assess value to Cortex must have this data endpoint. Without revealing the apnea data set results, one cannot assess an accurate value. Put it another way, if you were oging to shell out 5 or 8 or 10 million to buy Cortex out on the cheap(or more)wouldn't you want to see the apnea results? Cortex, I don't think, can selectively release this information either.
That is a good point. This makes the most sense to me, insofar as mngmnt first suggested that the SA results (of any sort) would not impact a non-SA deal, and in 180 degree fashion, decided it could (shortly thereafter). Brain-dead would definitely apply here if something more profound wasn't going on. The question then is: Can Cor unblind the SA data to the prospective acquirer in the middle of talks, while leaving us in the dark? I think so, but maybe someone else knows for sure.
Here's to hoping mngmnt concedes and sells, thus restoring some dignity.
Sincerely,
a Cor long (hopefully, for only a short time longer-{smiling}). Btw-I will be the first person to stand up and applaud this final sacrifice, should this happen.
It's situations like this that bring certain people closer to their religion, right Ombow?
