they care only themsleves, history tells us all
if you are in the right time and right side you will get benefit from out of it
but most of times they pump and dump
do you remember they did 1 for 20 reverse split in 2007 and then they raised A/S to 2.5 billion
as of april of this year we had 60 mil O/S and 15 mil float
and suddenly tons of paid promotors showed up paid by famous Dror Moradove of PROM resources with winmax shares
and now we are sitting at 1.36 billion shares of O/S, yes it's billion, and Gerald & Dave holding almost 650 mil shares
and this time they didn't tell us actual float and T/A is gagged as usual, don't know how many shares Tony, Michell and Dror have
what is the definition of scam of public company?
