there is only one thing i'm aware of
and that is the nascar lawsuit .. that
has been rescheduled 2 x now .. from
october to the eom .. based on my call
to nascar's atty .. month's ago it is
a half day .. non jury trial

today's volume makes zero sense
considering .. those of us who actually
still hold shares .. were told for months
(you'd have to back to early summer to see
this kind of volume) that everyone who held
shares (restricted and otherwise) were dumping

and based on my interaction with aero longs
(both originals into aero as a private co. and
those who bought later thru fccn/aerp)

those who wanted to sell have long since done so
months ago ~ but i still talk to those who hold aerp
shares .. and many haven't sold ~ including myself

however .. until there is some clarity out of mccoy
i wouldn't view this as anything but a lotto play
(in ihub's parlance) but as i said last week .. truly
how much risk is there with a .0001 stock .. besides
the obvious
