If there is a mystery large seller, once they are done you'll see this come back to whatever the Market determines the stocks are worth.

And yes there IS a market, even with penny stocks. The Market is the sum of all investors who buy and sell on a daily basis. This includes MM's, shorters, flippers, pump and dumpers, everything.

There is also the laws of Supply and Demand that work here too. When there are more people selling than buying, price drops. When there are more people buying than selling, price increases.
