I noticed the Canaccord report

Momenta intends to start a large, relatively expensive Phase 2b trial of
M118 in ACS in 2010, which could significantly increase R&D spend if the program is not
partnered.

I am pretty sure I heard (on the Lazard Call?) that they will NOT start this until they find a partner.
