I seriously doubt that. Understand that this is not this CEO's first foray into the penny stock market. He has made his living starting penny stock companies and then selling stock to pay himself and live lavishly. He he even taught college courses on the exact subject of which.

More to the point you simply can't release pr after pr talking about "increasing shareholder value" and then at the same time sell BILLIONS of shares. In fact has raised the A/S and O/S from 500M, SEVEN (7) times in the last 7 months to now 5B. And this is after doing a reverse split just 11 months ago AFTER selling an additional 5 BILLION shares before that split. Basically he has sold over 10 billion shares at just a little over 16 months.

All the while telling everyone over and over that he was increasing their value.

You noticed the volume today, but I can promise you that big volume was a whole lot of selling from the company which is exactly what he wants you to do.

Now there is money to be made here for those that get in at .0001 and sell when they have a chance to, but eventually it will fall back down and despite what he may have told people he WILL R/S this stock again when the money starts to run out again.

So all that being said .. just be careful with how you play with this one.
