Hi Mike,

LoneGrey answered your question very well. The problem is though, the in many cases the MMs sell many shares that don't even exist. NSS is a large problem in our securities markets due to the lack of enforcement by the SEC.

We have witnessed many days where the shares sold have not come from the tight group of shareholders. I realize that we don't have the entire float locked down, but there just aren't that many shares available. So one of these days NITE will have to cover. My guess? Probably in the .20s to .40s by the time they are done covering. Then they just might attempt to short the stock down again.
