I too have had the same conversation with KEN about 2 weeks ago. He gave me the same song and dance when I called after I noticed a 50m o/s increase. His response- "Must have been paper shares converted", he went into the whole 504 thing as well. He also mentioned some "problems" he was having another investment group dumping shares, thus destroying the PPS. He was in (what I would sense as desperate) need of funding to keep drilling samples. The 50m increase to o/s drove the stock from .007 to its 52 week low. I know because I was averaging down before this run.

Now the good part-
OS on NOV 13th was 197,020,624
Before opening this morning- OS is 261,211,664
I guarantee you when i call fri morning it will be well over 300m

Now, if the prospects were so good and samples and everything everyone else everything is saying, don't you think there would be more 504's with some major single investors jumping on board. This is how the world works, friends get friends on board when something is truly going to make friends money. Either KEN (the ceo) has no friends or he really really really needs money to keep drilling sample in hopes to continue operations.

I tend to think logically- and this is the conclusion I've come to. At any rate, thank you all to those (or those groups) who have increased the PPS- I thank you as I've made a small mint purely (IMO) by chance.

Those walls at .023 and .028ish, you think they were created by sellers with this kind of MOMO??? Sure if that seller is the CEO issuing new stocks (their A/S is 3 billion).

In my opinion this is a controlled breakout, with artificial resistances created by os increase.

Don't consider this bashing, I hope you all go to 2 dollar or whatever everyone thinks it will do. GO KATX! I just wanted to express my perspective in response to and in conjunction with stervc's post.
