What does the SEC extention allow - 15 additional days? Wasn't this de-listed / pink sheets for a period earlier this year. W/O reading boring SEC gov stuff, I'm thinking there's a penalty for continually failing to meet the published deadline for otc's? I've only been around WWEI since spring of '08, but can't remember if we've ever filed on time!
