who cares why he doesn't sell. why aren't you buying like crazy with your all positive all the time campagin. He's asks a question people can choose to answer it or not. everyone buys a stock for their own reasons.

Why one buys or sells their stock makes no difference to me why does it to you? this is a freakn penny stock if your not questioning something then chances are one will get blind sided at some point (not saying this one will but....). if his questions are outrageous then i could see that. Should we not questions ceo's statements or take them with blind faith with a penny stock. people where saying the same things about xlpi bill smith that they are saying here(not saying this will have the same path at all so don't say im saying that)there have been press releases open to interpretation.

As a shareholder don't we have a right to question the ceo of a penny stock they have our money right? you have strong opinions and i respect them see below but they are you opinions based on how you want to spend your money. imho you can't apply what you said so well below from your platform to penny stocks. Penny stocks are high stakes gambling (duh i know your saying lol). Most penny stocks you play the run ups, theres a reason for them and buy on the dips. the cycle happens over and over again right? you know this because your the negative posting police about the neg posters of global penny stock investerhub its okay its true. lol

this is a tired arguement....when i leave you just move on to the next person asking questions. what is your agenda hdhick. You have blind faith in this one, i do because i've made more then my investment back out of it by a long shot..lmao..didn't matter if i was positive or neg. but thanks all you pumpers love you for it and ill wait for the next one. Its about making money and people ( i did this with xlpi) wait for the home run right up to the point that im using my shares as wallpaper.

i have to go i hope this one does take off it would nice to see one succeed that i've owned..lol..penny stock wise. i enjoy reading all posts but im done with this argument..lmao..back to ihub retirement and i know that will make you happy and others as well. Again i truly apprieciate the time posters put in on DD on this one i hope you are all rewarded soon....I like to think i've always defended both sides and can be a neg. nancy at times but with good intentions.

hdhick you can hate me thats cool doesn't faze me a bit, but with all do seriousness for a brief second i wish you and your family a happy thanksgiving. we don't agree on somethings but i respect your right to your opinion and post it. good fortune and why do i have to keep watching the detroit lions every thanksgiving now, can't they use the flex schedule on that game..lol..

Let me help you out.

CEO's have no obligations to the stockholders. The CEO is hired by and reports directly to the BOD. The board of directors is elected by the stockholders and the BOD has an obligations to the stockholders, albeit a very limited one and this mostly centers around quarterly (if any) and annual reporting. They must act in good faith and with a reasonable degree of care, and they must not have any conflicts of interest. That is, the interests of the company must take precedence over personal interests of individual board members.

BOD specific responsibilities can and do change from company to company, based on their bylaws.

In terms of reporting information to the stockholders at large, not much, except on an annual basis and not in much detail. If you really want to hold them to the letter of the obligations, then you will need the by-laws of the corporation.

Should you find a company to be in violation of these generally accepted bylaws, you should sell your stock immediately and report them.
