Why do you think this is not at .06 instead of 1.10? Many people who know about this stock have placed their bets already.
This is very speculative at this point. Maybe, there are investments the CFO and the like consider safer at this point. I don't think it's as big a deal as you are making it out to be. If we get a P2O machine up and running and no takers, then I would wonder.
