Recently, I've noticed that Human Genone, Genetech-Biogen, JnJ, Amgen, GSK, Novartis, Abbott, Genzyme, King, Takeda, Astra Zenica and Lilly have all received an Complete Response Letter for drug Applications.

These are not small start-up companies but the biggest and best we have. This seems to now be the norm.

I'm wondering if the FDA is moving the goalposts or are these companies becoming stupid.
