That's the same guy that originally said July 2009????

IMO, the delays will be by the government agencies involved....the engineering firm is still putting together the info according to his answer....

Short-term flipping only, IMO!!!

Note: My comments on companies
are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go
up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of
greedy suckers with money.
