I think when Deloitte digs in and truly evaluates the equity, as displayed in the SEC filing brought up yesterday, they'll find the justification needed to keep the commons intact, or at least mostly intact.

An EC would certainly help us keep Deloitte in check. I think the judge is a reasonable man and we will get an EC here.
