A little odd that this would move the stock, as it should've been completely expected as of the settlement.

AMD is also issuing $500M of debt due in 2017.

Agreed. Perhaps because of how the debt payoff is structured. Or the prospects of selling it share in GloFo. Again....should have been baked in. Who knows?
