TELT takes breather @ 2 PE going forward

I understand that their balance sheet is weak, but sheesh, two $.20+ qtrs in a row can't get this stock over $2 ? I mean why is this stock valued at less than your normal scammy Chinese bulliten board that gets a 4-5 PE for this kind of growth ? Wade
